Testing the collaboration job behavior of the form is simply a matter of pasting in the XML Prepop Data for the step you are testing for. Or you can upload XML files, one for each step, into the appropriate Library's Resources and set the sep by pointing to the appropriate file in the Prepop Data Resource field of the Prepop panel.

 

So, after you have set the step to be tested, Preview the form and check the behavior.
